Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Processing involves checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post-office. After processing, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Please note, processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

• Standard Shipping: Orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days after leaving our warehouse. Shipping is free for orders over $75. For orders under $60, a flat rate of $9.99 will be applied.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a shipment confirmation email on request once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Lost or Missing Packages

Bisha Herbals is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error, we will take full responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please contact the carrier as Bisha Herbals does not hold responsibility for packages that state delivered.
